About me
Hi, I’m Tiffany – a mum of two, doula, hypnobirthing teacher, and breastfeeding supporter based in Kent. Like many mums, my journey into parenthood wasn’t all smooth sailing, but it’s those experiences that shaped my passion for supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
With my first baby, I was a nervous first-time mum who thought ignorance was bliss. My birth wasn’t what I dreamed of, and the challenges continued with a turbulent feeding journey that involved a tongue tie diagnosis after weeks of tears from both of us. By the time I had my second baby six years later, I was determined to do things differently. Armed with a better mindset, I had a wonderful pregnancy, a beautiful home birth, and the resilience to advocate for myself when feeding struggles arose again.
Through these experiences, I saw first-hand the gaps in support for mums. I realised how much difference it would make to have someone in your corner – a best friend who really gets it. Someone to cheer you on, provide realistic advice, and offer the emotional and practical support that’s so often missing. That’s when I found the world of doulas, and everything clicked into place.
Now, my mission is simple: to put women at the centre of their birthing experience, focusing on mindset, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. I want every mum I work with to feel heard, supported, and celebrated.
I’m here for the women who feel overwhelmed by the horror stories, unsupported by the system, or like they’re just a vessel for carrying a baby. I believe in a holistic approach to pregnancy, birth, and parenthood, with mindset as the foundation for a positive experience. Oxytocin is the root of all joy, and I’m passionate about helping mums tap into it as much as possible.
However you want me by your side, I’ll be your biggest cheerleader, a listening ear, and maybe even a little bit sweary. Because motherhood is messy, magical, and monumental – and you don’t have to do it alone.
